Read this before you buyThis is for you — or it isn't.

This IS for you if:

  • You're 18–35 and want real assets — cars, property, cash flow — without capital, credit connections, or a rich uncle
  • You're a builder who's tired of theory. You want steps, in order, with someone checking your numbers
  • You can put $800–$2,000 into a first deal in the next 60 days without missing rent
  • You're willing to start small and reinvest — screen renters, run numbers, read contracts
  • You're keeping your job while you build. That's not a weakness — it's the model

This is NOT for you if:

  • You want passive income with zero effort — this is an operating business, not a lottery ticket
  • You're waiting until you have $20K saved to begin. The whole point is you don't need it
  • You want motivation and mindset content. There's none in here — only execution
  • You won't do the unglamorous work: insurance calls, screening conversations, tracking sheets

If the second column is you right now, don't buy this — genuinely. Start with the free First 5 Moves or the $27 Blueprint and come back when you're ready to execute.

The real problemWhy most people never get car #1.

It's not the money. I started with $1,200 — total. It's not the information either. Everything about renting cars is technically free on YouTube.

Here's what actually kills it: the gap between knowing the model and signing a deal. That gap is full of questions nobody answers for you — Is this note too high? Is this insurance quote right? Is this renter lying to me? Is this deal good, or does it just look good?

So people stall. They save more money they don't need, watch more content they've already seen, and wait for a certainty that never comes. A year later they have the same $1,200 and zero assets.

The Accelerator exists to close that gap in four weeks flat — your market, your numbers, your first deal, underwritten with someone who's already run every one of these plays.

The systemFour weeks. One operating deal.

1

Foundation & Your Real Numbers

The GEN6 model end to end with my actual deal-by-deal numbers. We pull live rental comps for YOUR city on the call and run your first hypothetical deal through the GEN6 Pricing Calculator. Entity, banking, and record-keeping set up right from day one.

You leave with: your written buy box — car profile, max note, minimum weekly rate — built on your market's real data.

2

The Acquisition

Getting car #1 without $20K: down payment strategy, note ceilings, when credit carries the deal, rent-to-rent as the zero-down alternative. We review everyone's real insurance quotes and tear down real listings live — buy or walk, with reasons.

You leave with: 2–3 target vehicles fully underwritten and your insurance decision made.

3

Renters, Paper & Protection

The screening sequence that makes more money than the car does — license, income, insurance, deposit, agreement — practiced out loud. I play the red-flag renter and we handle every version. Your rental agreement customized clause by clause.

You leave with: your agreement ready, your listing posted, screening scripts you've actually rehearsed.

4

Operations & Your 90-Day Plan

Collections rhythm, the tracking sheet set up with your real deal, the housing arbitrage preview, and your 90-day plan to car #2 — pressure-tested by me and the group before you leave.

You leave with: a deal signed or sign-ready, a live tracking system, and a dated plan to the next one.

ProofI'm not teaching a theory. I'm handing you my playbook.

$1,200

Everything I had. Put it down on a 2019 Nissan Altima — ~$500/month note, rented at $350/week. Cash flowed from month one. That car proved the model.

$1,500

Down on car #2 — ~$400/month note, same $350/week. Insurance on both cars combined: about $145/month. Cars 3 and 4 followed the exact same structure.

$1,500/mo

Fleet cash flow by car four. Boring, weekly, tracked on a spreadsheet.

$5,500

Car #5 — a 2018 Ford Fusion, bought in cash from fleet profits. Most profitable car in the fleet, because no note eats the margin.

$9,000

Down payment on my first house — funded by the fleet's cash flow and the credit the business built. Not job savings. The cars bought the house.

This is my own story, not a client result — here's exactly what I did, real figures included. I'd rather show you my real numbers than blur someone else's. When my students have wins, you'll see those with the same honesty.

What's includedEverything you need. Nothing you don't.

  • 4 live group coaching calls with me — recorded if you miss one
  • A private onboarding call right after you join — we walk through exactly what you bought and map your four weeks
  • Weekly execution assignments with deadlines (insurance quotes, deal underwriting, listing posts — real moves, not homework)
  • Group chat access for the full 4 weeks — ask anything between calls
  • One personal deal-review submission: I underwrite your actual deal candidate with you
  • The complete GEN6 Toolkit included free ($197 value): vehicle rental agreement, furnished housing agreement, pricing calculator, tracking spreadsheet, scaling plan
  • Live listing teardowns and screening role-plays every week
  • Your 90-day plan to car #2, pressure-tested before you graduate
Ladder credit: if you're later accepted into the GEN6 1-on-1 program — the application-only tier above this — your full $397 counts toward it within 90 days. The Accelerator is never sunk cost.

Why GEN6Why learn this from me and not the next guy?

I'm building in real time. This isn't "I made it years ago, now I sell courses." I run GEN6Fleet and GEN6Housing right now, in DFW, and I show the actual numbers — wins and losses — while it happens.

I run the model most gurus don't even know exists. Car rental teachers teach cars. Airbnb arbitrage teachers teach units. I run both as one integrated system — housing + transportation bundled for traveling professionals — and that bundle is the actual unlock.

I still work a steady job. I'm not selling you a quit-your-job fantasy. I'm selling the real timeline: the job funds the stability, the business builds the assets, and nobody makes desperate decisions.

Faith and discipline are the system, not the marketing. The weekly rhythm, the non-negotiables, the tracking — that's discipline applied to assets. It's how $1,200 became a fleet and a house, and it's what I actually transfer to you.

One properly underwritten deal — one bad car you don't buy, one bad renter you don't approve — covers this program several times over. My first car cash-flowed roughly $900/month. The knowledge gap is the expensive thing, not the tuition.

Join the Accelerator — $397 Right after checkout you'll book your onboarding call — we walk through everything you just got and map your four weeks.

Not ready for $397? The $197 Toolkit gives you every document and tool from this program to run solo — and you can join a later Accelerator group any time.

FAQAsked and answered.

I only have about $1,000. Can I really start?
I started with $1,200 — that covered the down payment on a financed Altima with a ~$500/month note. Rented at $350/week, it cash-flowed immediately. If you have $800–$2,000, you have a real starting position; Week 2 is entirely about making it work. If you have less than that, grab the $27 Starter Blueprint, stack toward $1,000, and join the next group.
My credit is rough. Is this over before it starts?
No — it changes the route, not the destination. Rougher credit means a bigger down payment, a co-signer conversation, or the rent-to-rent play (zero down, lower margin, still real). All three get covered in Week 2 with your actual situation on the table. And the business itself builds credit — mine eventually helped fund a house down payment.
I work full-time. How many hours does this take?
Plan on 3–5 hours a week: one live call plus real assignments (insurance calls, listing research, screening practice). I built my entire fleet while working steady employment — the program is designed around a working schedule because that IS the model.
What happens right after I buy?
You get instant access to the Toolkit downloads, and you book your onboarding call on the next page. On that call we walk through exactly what's in the program, where your starting point is, and what to have done before the first group session. Nobody joins and then sits confused in a folder of PDFs.
What if I don't have a deal signed by the end of week 4?
The promise is signed or sign-ready: numbers underwritten, insurance quoted, agreement customized, listing strategy live. Some markets and financing situations take a couple of extra weeks to close — the difference is you'll be executing a checked plan instead of stalling on an uncertain one. You keep the group recordings, the Toolkit, and your 90-day plan either way.
Is this just the $97 guide read out loud?
The guides are the system on paper. The Accelerator is the system applied to YOUR situation: your city's comps pulled live, your deal candidates underwritten by me, your screening practiced out loud, your insurance quotes reviewed line by line. Information isn't the gap — application is.
Do you guarantee I'll make money?
No, and run from anyone who does. I guarantee the system, the live reps, and honest underwriting of your actual deals. My numbers are real and I show them — but your results depend on your market, your capital, and your execution. That's the truth, and the truth is the brand.

A year from now, you'll either have assets
or another year of reasons.
